I had high expectations for this tool, but it sadly falls short of having any benefit at all... Power here went off at 2130 on 12/2/20. App showed power on until 1430 on 12/3/20 when updated to show POWER OFF, PATROLS CHECKING LINES, and POWER RESTORED all at the same time. Power was finally actually restored at 1830 on 12/3/20. Sorry SDGE... This far worse than no info at all.

Highly inaccurate and 100% unreliable. Two PSPS outages at my location and neither were accurately reflected on the app. Zero stars.

The app is only as good as the data and they are still working on getting the data accurate. Eventually it will be a useful app.
