I had high expectations for this tool, but it sadly falls short of having any benefit at all... Power here went off at 2130 on 12/2/20. App showed power on until 1430 on 12/3/20 when updated to show POWER OFF, PATROLS CHECKING LINES, and POWER RESTORED all at the same time. Power was finally actually restored at 1830 on 12/3/20. Sorry SDGE... This far worse than no info at all.

Doesn't tell you anything. We had a power outage and while this app couldn't tell us anything, "My energy alerts" had detailed information.

Highly inaccurate and 100% unreliable. Two PSPS outages at my location and neither were accurately reflected on the app. Zero stars.
