Haven't been able to make payment using creditcard via your app since last update in Nov 2023. Also, like what the others had said, the app sometimes doesn't load properly esp when you change screens/tabs within the app to view it's other page. Niway, their in app "Advanced Meter Reading" is not live and a will reflect the reading from abt 10 days ago or more as the latest. I'm staying at a new BTO with AMI. Billing is also late. Eg. Usage for 26.10.23 to 25.11.23 is billed only on 13.12.23.

Your customer portal in website can't load, your app to payment can't load, and they all can't load for DAYS, and you send me warning letter for not paying. I think you are a nonsense!

One year with them and never again. Started out with a $60 bill and at the end of the 12 months it's been close to $100! Promotion discount was applied twice instead of the signed up 6 times. Poor customer support. They wanted me to re-contract but wouldn't agree to the signed up prices. So you have a contract with terms stating if you renew, you will get a better rate but in the end they said to me "plan doesn't exist anymore". They do as they please. Changed and glad I did!
