Edit: 2/7/24 tech support helped fix the crash issue with app. Go to device settings on the Android device Scroll down and select “Apps” or “Applications” Select the “Dairyland” app from the list of applications Select “Storage” Select “Clear cache”, and then “Clear data” Edit: Just emailed support, will update if needed. In the mean time I'll log in on the browser. So does not run on S24 Ultra, is a update coming to address this? The app ran fine on fold 4 and older Samsung phones.

App is still broken as of 09/01/2023. The moment you open the app it takes you to a web browser to verify your account. Once you verify it's you and log in, it closes the browser and takes you back to the app. Then you're stuck on a grey screen indefinitely. You must use a desktop/web browser version of the site as the app is completely unusable. Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled on three separate occasions and it still does not work.

App worked great up until this last update that changed the layout, now the login area has no boxes to input information or anything. Could log into my account without fail, view all the particulars of my policy and all that. Now I cant even see how to log in. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didnt fix the issue. And your customer service doesnt listen at all regarding the issue. I explained the situation to them, the lady said something completely irrelevant to fix a busted app.
