App keeps crashing since it's latest update. It was garbage of an app before but has become unusable. It's affecting work and honestly the developers really don't care not like they ever did since again this app is trash

As a servicemax go consultant, I feel pathetic to recommend this to clients. This app is overhyped while many essential key product functions are struggling in this app. Like synchronisation of records, records roll back to old value after sync instead of loading the updated record from server, custom SFM actions, external links. Full of bugs. Had multiple cases with svmx still they cannot pinpoint the issue.

I honestly have not experienced anything as frustrating as this app. It is unbelievably slow one hour to close down a job and all sorts of problems along the way with syncing and uploading information. The app loses sync at least 4-5 times a day and it takes 25 min to re initialise. Then you've lost all the information you've filled out so you have to start again. Probably the most unuser friendly app I've ever experienced. Any business looking to use this. Stear clear save your money+time. 0/5!
