The app looks clean with most of the options found in the webpage. However, the lags within the app when trying to maneuver between the options is pretty high. It's frustrating as it takes nearly a minute at times. FYI, issue is observed with a high speed wifi connection and 5g connection as well. I end up using a computer to access simple things like pricing plan check. Please fix the delay issues.

It's easy, it's nice you can view and pay bills but the app delays for opening and accessing it sometimes goes days without opening with password. "Something went wrong" pops up a lot. I've had to log in through browser twice to view my bill because of it. And when it logs in, it updates your projected payments randomly which is great but also a bit confusing when it jumps from higher to lower and back to high again even when no one is in the house for a couple days. Good but needs work.

When using the app is great but I am unable to log in. After logging in it says my session is expired and I need to log in. When I get to the page to have a code sent to me, I press "send code" and I get the error message "that is not a valid code". The app is alternating between these two error messages so I can't log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing changed.
