The Sharp HealthCare app is a care management app that helps Sharp patients throughout San Diego County and beyond conveniently manage their health care from a mobile device.

From the Sharp app home screen, you can quickly access care options, get reminders, view your recent account activity ― and easily click to your medical record and records of family members you’re authorized to view. With convenient self-services features, you can:

Very poor. I was able to set up a new account, and get a one time passcode,but on return to the app to enter the code, the app screen was locked. Nothing I tried allowed me a chance to continue. Forcing a stop just takes you back to where you started. Never was able to log in. Have you considered testing your app on ALL devices before deploying? It's kinda an industry standard...

The app is horrible. It does not show in the app if there are new notification in any of the areas. If you have a message, the icon does not show any notice that there is something new. If you set up your text, email, push notifications it will say you have something new but once you get to the app you don't know where to go. I want Follow My Health back. This app needs lots of improvements.

Issues: 1. Please stop the banner ads for the Sharp app when I'm using the Sharp app. 2. I can change patient from me to my 15yo, but can't see appointments. 3. My Conditions opens a web page. Appears to be not fully built yet. Clunky. Is this secure? 4. Some Test Results say that they include an image, but the images are not viewable. 5. Some pages have a button to go back, on others must use the phone's back gesture. Working: 1. Messages 2. Appointment info, check in. 3. Payment

What's new

Enhancements: You can now quickly access your latest test results from the home screen. Your medication list has been added to the Records menu, allowing you to easily view and manage your current medications alongside other medical data.

Other Improvements:
Various bug fixes and performance enhancements to improve overall stability and user experience.
