Shinhan Bank does not require financial information such as security card number or OTP authentication number due to security enhancement or app update. Please be aware of malicious apps that impersonate banks.
If the update is not available, please delete the installed app and reinstall it. Not available on any modified (rooted) smartphone/tablet devices.

- Required Privileges
Required for SOL GLOBAL service, and may not function normally if permissions are denied.

Phone: Access is required to validate cell phone status and identity.
Storage: Access is required for saving photo galleries, etc.

- Optional access authority
The SOL GLOBAL service is available without accepting access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some features.

Ratings and reviews

Did you ask a bunch of interns to develop and maintain this app? I've never used any banking app that would be so slow, buggy and crashy. I also love how everything is in English, except for the error messages so you have no idea what you're doing wrong if you encounter an issue. As long as you're just making a simple transfer, stuff is all right, but the moment you need to do something more advanced you'd better have a map to take you through the crazy ui design

Ever since a few months ago, I never receive any notifications if transfer are made or any other operation with this app. Dissappinted

App doesn't work after the November 2023 update. The Korean SOL works fine, but the Global app for foreigners doesn't work.
