Something recently changed. When I turn it on, I get a timed ad completely blocking the screen or a 5 star request. I need a flashlight for dark and emergency situations. Blocking the screen with ads and begging for ratings is unacceptable. I uninstalled the last flashlight app that did it and found this one. At the time, this app did exactly what I needed. It turned a light on and off. Something recently changed. Now I'm uninstalling this one.

Use this flashlight app all the time. I liked it so much more than my devices default flashlight because it's so much brighter. Now they've added pop-up ads and a long startup loading screen that makes the app almost useless when you need the light. Before with the free plan it was instant start up and no pop-up ads. And you can't even remove the ads unless you pay $15 A WEEK?! What an absolute joke. Time to find a new flashlight app...

Updated Review 2-Stars: a recent update makes the app take a long time to load and it loads with popup ads. Good used to just be a flashlight or a screen color. It was very simple and fast. The slow start and addition of ads make this app much less useable to me. Original Review 5-Stars: Perfect for knocking down the power of the built-in flashlight. I usually use the bright screen option set to red instead of the flashlight to make my way to bed after my wife so I don't wake her up. Great app!
