If your retarded otp function was not designed to work then remove it from the login process and we can straight login. Topping up earlier doesn't cover the full 30 day cycle, instead it brings forward the next due date to 30 days from this topup, so kena makan number of days from last topup and can some more repeatedly alerting to topup earlier for some promos, although network is stable, subscription model is a scam.

Bad bad experience. Should have stayed with M1. Trying to get OTP is a nightmare. Most unfriendly apps there ever is. Heya needs to solve this problem. A lot of reviewer have voice out. No change. Sad😞

Horrendous app experience, the otp doesn't send. I need to try the entire day to get 1 otp, and it logs out after I clear the app from ram. No memory retention. The frustration is on another level. App top up can only be done on shopee/lazada/physical stores. And Where's auto resubscribe? Singtel network is good, but app is just trash After the latest update, otp working consistently so far. If the app otp continues to work flawlessly for the next month. I'll change it to 5 stars
