The Central Florida Public Media App allows you to listen to Central Florida Public Media station (formally known as WMFE), pause and rewind the live radio audio, and view the program guide all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for programs, bookmark a program for later, and wake up to Central Florida Public Media App with the alarm clock!

Ratings and reviews

Usually works well, but, occasionally will just stop audio broadcasting, then start back up a few hours later. Not sure if it's the app, or the actual broadcasting signals. Would be nice for more in depth stories and interviews. 10/21 Update: occasional audio disconnect continues to happen randomly. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app, as suggested. With no resolution. App is pretty good otherwise. Recent program changes haven't been updated on the programming schedule.six months later and still

WMFE is one of my favorite apps. I love the station but can't always listen when shows I like are on the air. This app makes it possible for me to listen anytime, anywhere. I love the station and I love the app.

I really enjoy the recap of the world news at the top of every hour. I switch to the classical music tab in the evenings and it helps me wind down and relax..
