WYPR Public Radio App:

The WYPR Public Radio App allows you to listen to WYPR, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for all the streams at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for programs, and wake up to WYPR with the alarm clock!

Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off! Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed!

16 June 2020--app often closes upon opening. Often loses connection during a session 12 Nov 18 -- App is working very well now. Once in a while the connection doesn't tke first time, but it has never failed to connect. Once connected, seems to maintain connection well. Overall, much improved,and still a very good way to listen to WYPR. Very glittchy. Perhaps even worse after the recent update. I appreciate getting WYPR on my phone; just wish it ran more consistently.

3/22: STILL THE SAME PROBLEMS AS BEFORE ☹️: Fairly often, it seems to switch spontaneously from one channel to another, which is very annoying. I am most often on 88.1, but without touching the phone at all it will switch to music, the BBC, or one specific program right in the middle of whatever I'm listening to. And lately, it's been dropping the main channel altogether sometimes and I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app to restore the main channel, which is *very* annoying!

Playback is very unstable...constantly stops, sometimes you can tap play to restart playback,other times that button becomes unresponsive be and I need to restart the app to start the feed again. The buttons for other be stories on the screen are easy to inadvertently tap and there is no way to navigate back to the live stream without restarting the app.
