This works fine now on Pixel 6 Pro and the SkyWatcher AZ-GTi equatorial! Much improved over previous versions. Using it for both astrophotography and daytime solar observing. It could use a little more polish, like the UI could be reorganized and I hate that you have to hit two buttons in a direction before you can sync. Otherwise, better than IOptron's and has a lot more drive / encoder info than the ZWO apps.

I'm leaving a 5 star review to hopefully offset some of the lousy reviews here. Is it a 5 star app? No. A weak 4 star app, but I have no connectivity issues. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's just terrible at context switching. If I want to open something else for astronomy on my phone, there's about a 50/50 chance the app will stay responsive. Half the time, it has crashed when I get back to it. Now, the tracking works well enough that usually doesn't matter, but it's frustrating.

Excellent app. Been using it for almost two years with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Never lost a signal, never stopped working even after running for lots of nights doing astrophotography, running for 3 to 5 hours a night. I run the free version for about 6 months with same success and because I love it so much I purchased the paid version and running it ever since. I will pay five times the price they ask for the paid version if I had to, that's how good the app it is.
