The Vico home security camera app leaves much to be desired. It is riddled with issues that hinder its effectiveness and usability. First and foremost, the app's user interface is poorly designed, making it confusing and challenging to navigate. Basic functions like viewing live footage or accessing recorded videos are unnecessarily complicated. Furthermore, the app's performance is highly unreliable. It frequently lags, freezes, or crashes, which is incredibly frustrating.

So far, the app itself works great! My issues are with the whole subscription set up. It's not very intuitive and there are no instructions or explanations really. I have 2 cameras but only set up one at first. I did the single at first, figuring I'd change later. Later I noticed that there were cheaper options by moving the tiny slider at the top of the subscription page. So I went for the cheaper option but found that's only a good choice if you only have one camera. For two, Unlimited is best

I've had this for a few months and initially it started off really well and I had no problems. And now, 2 months in.. I have to be rebooting it multiple times a day because it's not connecting steadily. It's taking longer to connect when I open the app to the live feed, and right now as I write this, for the second time this month, the app is completely down and not connecting at all. It just says connecting and does nothing. A very unreliable app which is terrible for a security device.
