Ratings and reviews

It's a scam. If you're trying to get your passport photo, the app will show you a photo with your background removed by them and then reject the photo during review because you have background. A large reason for using this app is the background removal so I see no benefit to continuing to submit photos when they don't use the background removed photo during review. The process will ultimately waste your money and time. I recommend going elsewhere.

Pay attention, the charge starts in dollars then becomes euro when charged, causing a foreign currency fee with some payment methods. The first photo was rejected, they suggested I not smile and close my mouth, neither of which was an issue, no fee to reshoot, but once I did it errored out... but then showed processing. Now 50% and photo rejected, with no prompt to retake or that the new one was processing...just all around not turning out to be a simple process.

Don't use it! I've taken several photos and they keep rejecting them starting there are shadows. I turned every light on and every bright in 2 desk lights and still shadows. I stood in front of the window with all these lights, and still shadows. I figured they're referring to my dark under eye circles and essentially my chin hair, so i tried again after using makeup, and still nothing. I just hope they issue a refund otherwise I'm reaching out to my bank. This is ridiculous.
