Decent app, but it SEVERELY drains my battery and over-heats my phone after about 20 minutes. In the 4 years I've had my phone I've never had an over-heated warning until this app.

So 1st my email shows as invalid. So I'm left wondering what I'm supposed to do next. I find a response to someone else who had the same problem. I go to the bottom, click the link to "Need an account?" Now, I'm stuck at the next step because my my provider, hospital, or network isn't found. I recieved this Virtual Care pamphlet in the mail from the U Health Plans. Can't this app list all the available options to choose from? Is there another Virtual Care app?

I'm supposed to have a meeting but I can't register my email because my provider isn't listed. There's no help button and you're just stuck there. Now I have to wait for my provider to call and figure it out from there.
