Ratings and reviews

1. The app is not working as intended. You can pay with it, even tho the payscreen is opened (I always pay with the default payment method). 2. You can't add the card to Google wallet. 3. Sadly there is no way of sending them a message, you can't find a mail address to send your problems to. 4. After every payment you get an automated mail with the current sold, and the best part is you can't turn off. There is no option in the app/on the web. You are spammed.

Terrible app, with an even worse user experience than it's predecessor. Everytime I find myself at a store and want to check my balance the app is logged off, if I manage to login it crashes, when I tap to pay it crashes, and not just the app but it forces my phone into a restart as well every single time. I always need to carry the phisical card, as the app is unreliable and kills my phone everytime I try to open it or use it on my Pixel 8 pro

No option to add the card directly in Android Pay is a minus for me, at this point. Also, the app is absolutely horrendous. Some days it takes in excess of 5 minutes to try and load any information about my account and it still doesn't manage to, some days it just won't pay through the app, instead the phone defaulting to Google Pay. Execrable experience, most of the time, for what it should be: a simple payment application.
