About this app

eKhatian app has been introduced to serve the citizens of Bangladesh aspiring for digital land services.
The main purpose of this app is to provide the service seekers with instant feedback and answer
about any query related to khatian and mouza map. By using this app, any citizen of Bangladesh will be
able to search for particular khatian, view information and apply for certified copy of the desired
khatian. At the same time, Citizens will get all the information related to Mouza through this app. They
will be able to search, view and apply for certified mouza as per their requirement. In this app, anyone
can get information about other digital land services like online land development tax, budget management, rest certificate case, online review case and so on.

In addition, citizen will be provided by a tracking ID while applying for any services related to Khatian and Mouza. By this tracking ID, citizen will be able to track the current status of his/her application. The authorized/monitoring authority will be able to view summarized report related to Khatian and Mouza in their dashboard.

Ratings and reviews

This app incomplete. Besides it doesn't work properly. The print option doesn't work. The services are provided with fees. So where there is transaction, responsibility and transparency should be a prime concern. Mobile banking shows the payment has been done, but the app does not. What a mess! If the app crashes, the reference number disappears. So how a client would check the progress using the app? I am totally unsatisfied using this app. I became totally disheartened.

Mouza option is not working.every time its only showing select but not showing any mouza. Please solve this issue. I think government servants are only looting money for updating data and apps but they cant do anything.very bad app.dont waste your time in this app.

On 31.10.2021, I applied for several Khatian and paid necessary fee's. Delivery method was by post. They confirmed delivery date 7th November 2021. Today 6th January 2022. There is no news yet. Tracking shows still under processing...... This is very bad example of making fake hype.
