Completely broken. The app will not let you log in, no matter how many times you change your password. It doesn't recognize accounts, therefore making the entire app useless. They need to completely remake this.

I have a loan and account but app doesn't recognize it. Also unable to use a regular computer to access it. You need some new IT people to create a better system. I may try to change my loan to Navy Fed as their system actually works!

I love this bank! I truly haven't used the app much. Thinking about turning all my banking over to this credit union!
