The app keeps crashing. I can get into it with biometrics as it restarts my pixel 6 like others are saying. If I get into it and use it without biometrics, it will state within minutes of using the app that my login credentials are wrong and it locks up. Then I have to restart the app. Three times I logged into it and three times it crashed. Also would like to see credits in a different color than the debits. I can't use the app. The original was so much better.

Frustrating App to use. Apparently it refuses to work on WiFi at all. Couldn't sign in. Called customer service and they suggested that I try to turn off WiFi and use mobile data and it worked. They said my Wi-Fi must be too slow, but that's not the problem. I'm streaming HD video on WiFi with no issues. Still refuses to work on WiFi and I've tested my WiFi connection several times. Wish they would fix this and if it's a known issue it would be nice if they told you instead of getting frustrated

Absolute garbage. No idea why they needed to make a new app when the old one could have been updated. Had to uninstall old to avoid endless error messages when I tried. Did not save my log in credentials. After resettting password and setting up biometrics (fingerprint) the next time I tried to log in it had not remembered any of my credentials at all. I'm trying to reset my password again and after multiple attempts have still not received neither a text nor an email fit my access code. Awful.
