I have no idea why I cannot login into my account from this app(both old and new) or login through the web portal. Happened for 2 years now. I always get a login failure. I tried changing password and nothing happens. This app is basically useless and I always have to physically go to the bank. To make it even worse, my bank changed location so now it's a 30 min drive. At this point, I may just close my account.

Still disappointed. Let's be very clear. I think app has made dramatic improvements and have moved into the 21st century. With that being said though, its new look and function take some getting used too if you're use to the old look and feel of the old app. BUT CHANGE IS GOOD. The reason for the low score is because I've been asking for Samsung Pay to be added to Telco for over 5 or 6 years and 3 smart watches later and still no responses. Not everyone has an Apple and for me, It's Samsung.

The app goes down quite often. There is no button to lock card when you misplace it (as a safety measure) you have to either hope you find it or cancel the card. Fraud services are non existent and you can't get in contact t with anyone. The number on the credit unions website for fraud is even wrong (was a month ago anyway) the website is down quite frequently too and they won't answer the phones quite often. Branch manager in Asheville just stared at me when I pointed out the number was wrong
