New update functions poorly. 50% of the time when I open the app it cannot sense the Sonos system that's on the same wifi. I have to close and reopen for it to work. Previous version worked better. Also, the option to add a song to the queue has been removed, so no more impromptu playlists. You have to play one song or one album at a time, no lining up the next thing while the current song is playing. Wow. This update is AWFUL. less functional than the last by a huge amount

This update is awful. First of all it has alrady crashed -- it said it couldn't connect to my system ... while it was actually playing! More importantly, it removed one of the most important and rudimentary features: the ability to skip forward or back while playing. It seems that the developers do not understand even the most basic aspects of what users need. So I've started looking for a completely different audio system for a different location (hello, Bose).

After much trial and error I was finally able to get all of our music services back...except the local media server which is now too difficult to see apparently. I have no idea how removing the volume levels, and forcing users through even more screen swipes just to get from room to room can be considered an "upgrade". I genuinely wish I didn't love their speakers so much. The apps are horrific, and their customer service has gone from bad to worse. I do though and I have a lot of them. Bah.
