You need to have a return ride feature. That you can set up with the ride to. Has it occurred to you all that I am going to also need a ride back home. I don't like being stranded at the store etc that I have been dropped off at. Also you need more than one bus for your flex routes. Especially since they have taken over the full time routes that were canceled.

it tells me I have to add a payment method but won't let me. just has cash as default but they don't accept that. I've tried both through my account and while trying to request a ride to add payment methods and it isn't working. this is useless unless they fix it.

This app continually tells me there is no ride available wasted 2 hours trying to book a ride
