1. Know how strong your enemies are and pick suitable heroes.
Your reputation and prestige will attract more heroes to serve you.
2. Equip your heroes with good soldiers!
Dozens of soldiers of different races are ready to fight. A perfect hero and soldier match-up plus a suitable formation make 1+1>2.
3. Mind every step on the chessboard!
Wise choices could even turn the tides in your favor in an adverse battle.

*War*:
1. Manage your city well at first!
Collect resources, build functional buildings, research techs and train soldiers. They are all necessary.
2. Find like-minded allies!
It is hard to survive alone in the huge war with so many powers in play. To get the throne, you need a powerful alliance. You could work with players of different states or unite those of your state to show the world how powerful you are!
3. Find your role in the war!
The complex system makes it possible for you to be any role in this war. A powerful warlord, an outstanding strategist, a resource collector or dealer, or the spy that dances among varies alliances to maximize your interest. It’s totally up to you to decide who you want to be!

Ratings and reviews

Personally I did not find the game to be very enjoyable. The basic premise is fine. It seems to be based on the same concept as Heroes of Might and Magic. The biggest problem is how everything is time gated. Early on it is easy and fast to build. But it doesn't take long for it to take hours to build one thing. Then it takes hours to get troops. Most of the game is just waiting. <-- This is what truly killed the game for me. Graphics wise it is a step down from even the mobile version of Heroes of Might and Magic. Animations are jerky and graphics overall are grainy.

The game is dumb. It's excessively complex and difficult to learn. Besides that, there's no limit on the number of attacks an enemy can perform on your base. In 5 minutes, I was attacked 3 times by the same person and robbed of an ungodly amount of resources. I'd been stocking up on resources to upgrade a building. Days of farming and this guy wipes me out in 5 minutes. This doesn't make sense, cause the first attack kills all your troops leaving you with no defense for the subsequent attacks.👎

Have not played long yet but so far a good variety of things to do. Lots of adds, but I have not bought anything yet. Will update after playing more. Update: Unless you want to spend $100 or more every month, don't bother with this game. I dropped $7 to get a few basic boosts and it elevated me to upper middle class along with my very high activity level. This made me a perfect target for the bigger spenders, and the system is completely set up to support the pay for play people.
