Ratings and reviews

Extremely terrible service. A good portion of the addresses are blocked by websites. The most egregious part is that it is almost impossible to cancel auto-renewal of payment. I cannot find the Contact Us or their "live chat" to do this despite seeing it on the screen (the link doesn't go anywhere). Absolute sham of a business that traps you into auto-renewing. No wonder they get YouTubers to advertise for them.

I'm no longer having connection issues. But it would be an amazing built in feature where your service can simulate an attack on the devices and give us an accurate answer as to how safe we are. How anonymous we are. Which servers are the safest. It only shows a speed without proof. There's a website that a person can go to see how much data leakage our devices can have extracted. This would put your service above all else. Without some different features I may not renew when it comes around

Updated again: they reintroduced the bug that makes the VPN not work at all sometimes, and instead leak your public IP while claiming you are protected. This happens regardless of kill switch and auto connect settings. This was a "bug" (really it's a massively breaking issue) for several months previously; upsetting to see that it's back. To be clear, this means you're paying for a VPN that does literally nothing half the time. At this point, I can't trust SS, just get a different VPN.
