I just had a bad experience using this app as comparing to other banking app. Just looking to the Nic Asia mobile banking interface this app also need to be redesign. Also how can they be so irresponsive, why it's an issue to login in the app, forget password Garda nih hudaina mail Garda reply aaudaina. Customer support Pani chaina. I am really disappointed with this app bugs. Please look into all the functional parts like customer service,bugs and the interface. Better use another mob- banking.

I remember my password very well.But it does not let me log in . I tried resetting it, the UI becomes irresponsive after getting otp and I cant continue.Worst banking experience .

Hello global smart plus app I used to use mobile banking app global smart plus when I was in Nepal now I am abroad now after coming to Qatar this app is not working when I open the app it shows connecting reset I called the bank 3 times to reset connecting but it still doesn't work Please inform me that this app is not working in Qatar
