I have downloaded and installed the app, but when it asks me which country I'm in, to download the needed additional bits, it takes a very long time to download. This would have been fine, but every time my screen goes off, or I open another app and then return to the downloading, it starts downloading from 0%.... I tried several times before I gave up. Is this a known issue?

Stuck at "downloading languages" I have deleted old files to free up space but still not working. Installed the same app on a different phone but still ended up in the same situation.

Great app. Info on varieties available when needed and best of all works offline.
