Buggy at checkout. As a picky eater I like this app because it makes it very easy to customize while avoiding miscommunication and being a hassle in the drive through. However, more often than not now, I put my order in and the very last step it says something went wrong. At least you can still scan your points in from your receipt. I will give a higher review when this is fixed.

Used to work pretty well. Now it keeps forgetting the password and then saying the email is invalid when attempting to recover it. And now after a recent update, it won't allow you to select a pickup location unless GPS access is enabled and you're within what it deems acceptable distance from the location. Just getting worse and worse in the name of "improving the user experience"

Here's a tip for you Taco Bell geniuses. Customers can't order via your App if you don't send us an email with your new idea for password elimination/substitution. I tried to get an email from you sent, resent, etc, etc, etc for over 45 minutes & never got one. W/no way to log into my account, I gave up & went elsewhere. And guess what? I used a app from a competitor that allows me to choose & use a password & place my orders without error or wait time or resends that are never received.
