It's loading too slow, options take forever to display. Quite often it's failing to activate additional options (i.e. activation of extra data). Roaming options not even included. Seriously, hire someone capable to develop a proper app and proper database and include options such are roaming activation/deactivation etc. For once be proactive and do something with this pathetic excuse for an app.

Delay and super lag. Taking too much time using this app. Few bugs on the system, I can't cancel my recent data plan. When i press cancel it just close the app and nothing happens. I can't continue to use the data plan i want to buy. Cant cancel, cant continue cant purchase.

The app works really well and it has an English option. I'm even able to top up my daughter's phone. The only trouble I have is it keeps rejecting my Yettel account saying the password is wrong. Even after setting a new password. I have to use it with my phone number instead of the account.
