Login with fingerprint feature is unusable. It shows success, but it's not redirecting to any page. Please fix this issue soon, because it'll help a lot to not having to input the login email/phone and password over and over.

dunno if this app is built by vendor or lowballed engineers. My session was expired, but I can't relog. While use forgot password feature, it said "reset password token was expired". While I log using fingerprint, success toast shown but the nothing happens. I try to register new account, but it stuck. I will remove this 1-star review after I login successfully

The customer service is terrible, too much non transparent information like deposit that can't refund although on the website said it could refund when we stop the service, the error that happens too often, and when there's trouble the maintenance is fast I admire it, but the technician who (often) asking for a tip is quite annoying.
