Lousy. For such a big company (and a technological one at that), one would think they would invest a bit more on the ways to interact and make things easier for its customers, but no. I haven't been able to use the app in over three months, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Have also struggled with the website. No way of checking balance or make payments. I definitely have had to pay the way it has been done for 30 years (physically or by phone). Way to go!

Horrible identity theft hazard! On my account I have access to all the information of very single one of the previous owners of my phone number, full name and full detailed addres of every single one of them.
