Ratings and reviews

Missing some very basic functionality: (1) Swiping left/right doesn't move between sections (e.g. Home <> Canada <> World). (2) Tapping the News button when you are already in the News section doesn't bring you to the Home. Given that the menu bar is across the top, these two are essential for easy navigation. (3) Tapping a push notification often brings you to Home instead of the the relevant article

No dark mode. No ability to adjust text size on the fly. No text size adjustment at all. Tapping notifications fails to bring up the article half the time. The app just crashes. Lock/unlock resets article view to top. Have to tap a photo before it can be pinch-zoomed. Cannot customize what categories of news I want alerts for. Only on/off for "breaking news", but even the most trivial of stories seems to be breaking news at times. Not renewing my subscription because of all this.

Application refreshes whenever you rotate the screen or move back to the app from the home screen or another app. This causes article refreshes which loses the paragraph that you were reading. It should remember the reading location as this becomes frustrating
