App does not show discounted rates for default card. Also clunky and not intuitive to add a new payment type. Also we'll not change payment method for your charge cards when you do add a new payment method and make it default. Also can not delete old payment method. Finally being forced off the web page to this poor app by dropping payment control from there.

Fix this issue immediately! I've encountered a problem where I couldn't remove my expired card details after updating to a new card. It appears that the app's failure to collect invoices for the past few months, possibly due to attempting transactions with the outdated card, has led to a final notice for funds owed, which I only just received. I was unaware of the previous two notices, and I suspect the app's inability to delete the expired card may be contributing to this issue.

Thanks - you say fixed , I say have reinstalled changed my password again and it's still not working. Maybe have another go at fixing ‐ Total rubbish - can't even login just says enter a valid email or password. Have reset multiple times have uninstalled multiple times have called customer service and been cut off multiple times after holding for over an hour. Unfortunately I have to use this app as it is a company requirement. If you have the choice there are better options ‐ total rubbish!
