Handy tool that will eliminate the mental math. The star trail calculator helps the user visualize how much motion blur he/she should expect.

This app is handy. It bases the no star trail calculations off of the Rule of 600 (if you prefer the rule of 500 and don't want to do the math, just shorten the time you shoot for by a bit). It also takes into account sensor size for people who shoot with a crop sensor camera or something else.
