these are simple and easy, easy to overlook exercises but effective. I'm nearly 60 and lunging in squash has become difficult. with these exercises, my lunges are coming back which means that my gut is tucking in and my legs are getting stronger. Great job well done.

I've been using this app for years and it never disappoints. It features very effective workouts that can be done easily by anyone, no matter what their fitness level is.
