The phone number is fake and the AI answering even pretends to type your shipment number. "She" says that for security reasons the delivery driver is not allowed to speak to customers. Yeah, right. Avoid using them and don't buy from sellers that use them. The best way is either good old post, or collection point.

There's absolutely no difference between using the App and just using the website, the app has the same deficiencies as the website: it doesn't provide real time information so I have no idea when the driver is coming. Very disappointing

As some other customers pointed out , this app is absolutely useless. The only thing it tells you is that the delivery will be done before 18h00. That is off no value to anybody. The purpose of a tracking app is to give you an indication of when a package will be delivered during the day. I am baffled that anybody could spend money on something this useless. They could just send you an email stating a package will be delivered on a certain day.
