Pretty horrible experience: First, the app is not available outside of Italy store. This means that if you live in US and travel to Venice often, you can't install it. After you finally install it, the app doesn't let you take a selfie to register. After completing the registration process with the browser, I have received no indication that the account is still pending. Horribe experience, despite the very helpful helpdesk: One should never need to call support to be helped to give you money.

Used it during a trip in Venice, very useful! Super easy to use, clean cars and customer service very helpful if you have any questions

1 Maybe your app should be more live. I forgot something in one of your cars. How am I supposed to open it?! The app takes too long to update! Help
