Straight Talk is a decent option if you're in need of service quickly without a lot of cash. They have a decent selection of phones for under $100. However, you will get what you pay for. My network service has gone out at a dozen times for no reason, the app is terrible, customer care reps are generally lackluster, & even when they admit their service failed you, they don't offer anything to compensate you for any inconveniences. In sum, they're ok until something goes wrong, which is a lot.

Good app, but the WORST customer service on the planet. The call reps are very nice to start, then when they dont have the answer they will hang up on you. Have been overpaying for the last two months, called to get this fixed only to be hung up on, or lied to about getting refunded for their error. We are looking into other providers because of this. The blamed paypal for taking the extra money and claiming they aren't receiving it. I have screenshots to show the over payment.

I remember the original version of this app and you could just input your phone number, sim, or IMEI number, and it didn't require a password and email. So I don't have that bs to use. So this app doesn't work. Please bring back the old app. This one is too much garbage, old version was simple use. And what kind of idiot would use their finger print. That biometric data can be stolen by anyone just like peoples faces data nowa days. We have had service with straight talk for since 2013-ish
