I think it is an app nothing more, more less. it could be slightly more user friendly or easier to navigate. make it for me like you think I am stupid, but give me more access to super in-depth processes should I chose to access them. but do do not up the price. I can already not afford the 35 dollars a month 😀

Constant app crashes and errors. Had to reinstall a few times. Honestly, I should ask for a years worth of free service for the last time this happened; my service suddenly turned off and I was thinking that I could just pay my bill. Well, apparently not, since I can't even login on the app with the number I just used last night. Edit: While I recognize that most people have support issues, my problem comes in at that the whole system seems to be buggier than an ant farm, which needs fixing.

I've been with StraightTalk for at least 10+ years, but since they were bought out by Verizon, it's become worse, not better. The service is good,but I can no longer use my points for a free plan. It says the plans outlined by a heavy green border are eligible, and the only plans outlined are for add-on data. I also had to uninstall and re download the app and now my fingerprint login does not work. I'm on the verge of going with a different provider and not recommending StraightTalk anymore.
