Traze is a nationwide and unified contact tracing system that aims to help the Filipinos feel safe and assured against the uncertainty of the pandemic, by providing a reliable and simple contact tracing tool. The app will be used by all Philippine port passengers and terminals to automate the Contact Tracing.

How To Register:

- Individuals, establishments, schools, logistics, transportations, barangay/ communities can register via the app.
-After successful registration, there will be generated QR Code which may be stored digitally or printed out (valid for a period of time).
- Those without mobile phones may be registered by the barangays or family members.

How It Works:

- Individuals may scan the QR Code of all the transportation he used or establishments, shops, buildings, that he visited, or vice versa.
- Individuals may also scan the QR Code of other individuals (this applies to person-to-person tracing, messengers, delivery man).
- Individuals may scan the QR Code via the app, or printed version.

TRAZE provides the history of individuals you have been in contact with, visited establishments or government agencies, used transportation and encountered logistic staff or delivery crew.

TRAZE does not provide health, medical recommendations, wellness reports nor diagnoses.

Ratings and reviews

1. Does not accept special characters for password 2. Does not specify that you need a small file size for pictures. Had to try multiple times before finding this out. 3. (The Worst) Will not let you login after creating an account. shows that you are offline but you are 200% online and were able to create the acct before logging in. So you cant really use it. They only probably wanted your data. App needs a lot of work.

The app can be used even when you are offline. But its useless in tracing all the places you've been to if they're not using the same app. No way of identifying if you had in contact with someone who tested positive. Also no way of reporting incase you tested positive. In other words, it's pointless as an app for tracing. Edit: This would have been better if it also alerts you if one of the people in the same office/building has tested positive like the redcross app.

Okay after the update the traze history is no longer readable. Wayyyy to high in contrast. Once you missed scan the qr (my phone got blurred, didnt even scan it properly but says invalid) it will require you to take another 15 mins to retake the same qr. which is totally absurd! as my destination is only 10 mins away! so you have to manually input the date and time of your exit instead. Not sure why they dont listen to reviews and just continue updating on their own judgment
