I really hope the developers look at this - applies to the website too. I would love (need) a section for pending claims. The confirmation email for a claim comes a while after & when it's not itemized so I don't know which email is for which claim/receipts since I often have a couple at a time. EOBs would be so much better itemized too vs just listing the illness. There's times it just doesn't load & others where it just closes when I get to the end of a claim. So idk if it went through.

I've been a member since 2019 and this app has been very frustrating. I'm trying to refer a friend and the referral page isn't working at all. My friend and I agreed that it might not be a good fit. I've had so much trouble with the functionality of this app that it's making me reconsider even continuing with the company all together. I will say I've had an amazing experience everytime I have called and talked to someone. But the app, accessibility, and coverage make me want to cancel.

This app is so frustrating. Design seems intuitive and user friendly but it constantly crashes while attempting to upload files for claims. It also doesn't save any of the process so you have to start over each time a crash. Sometimes claim submission can take multiple days. For busy dog owners it's really a ridiculous time suck.
