TUI's travel app makes holiday life easier and safer. You have all the information about your trip gathered in one place - in the TUI app in your mobile. In the app, you can get in touch with the guides around the clock, both before and during the trip. Here is a travel guide with tips on sights, restaurants and activities. You can choose from everything from snorkeling excursions to city tours and book in the app with a few simple clicks. You can also find your flight and transfer times in the travel app.

Contact the 24/7 TUI Guides
Via the TUI app, you can get in touch with the guides around the clock, every day, every day. You send a message via Ask the guides in the app and get an answer within a short time. And you can reach the guides via the app even in the planning phase - already from the day after you have booked the trip. In the app, you also get service messages and other important information during the trip.

Book TUI's activities and experiences
Experience more on holiday by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from lots of experiences, book directly in the app and see details such as time and place for pick-up.

Transfer Information
If you have booked a transfer, you will see all the information in the app: eg bus number and where the bus is parked when you land. The same applies before the return journey, you will also receive a message with time and place for collection for transfer to the airport.

Plan for the holidays
In the app, you can follow the countdown before your trip. You can also follow the weather forecast for your destination. There is also a travel guide where you can read about sights, beaches, shopping and restaurants at your destination.

In our travel app, you can order tax-free and upgrade your flight - choose a seat, book extra legroom and extra luggage weight. (Applies to certain flights).

Search and book a trip
We have hundreds of destinations around the world - from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to big cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book charters, flights, hotels, excursions, activities and tickets directly in the TUI app.

Add your booking to the travel app
Once you have booked a trip, you can easily enter your booking in the app. Just enter the booking number and the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of booking.

On most of our trips it is possible to use the TUI app, but there are some types of travel where you do not yet have access to the app, this only applies to flights (one way) and cruises. If you have booked only hotels, you can add your booking to the app and see information about your hotel but do not yet have access to other functions in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Login fails 100%on edge, 80% on Google and Firefox. No error information provided. Not possible to be logged in on two devices at the same time. Not possible to access boarding pass from app or web, luckily I could recover the saved copy from disk. No info about airport terminal for flight. Really slow response. Needs lot of work.

Chat not working, all permissions added. Application very slow. No usable information. The main purpose is chat with reps on place and its not working. Same reps, also not working. Even not informed us at what time our transfer will came. Terrible service of Tui Sweden from Airport to Destination. Only one stewardess was very nice and helpful, oh yes, she was not Swedish, but Finnish, maybe Finns knows how should be the service. ;)

It just won't open after the installation. Reloading of the phone doesn't help.
