Ratings and reviews

Easy to use, helpful for a tenant to build their credit, and it makes everything simple to take care of. If payment processing could happen faster that'd be nice, but waiting a week isn't awful.

Pointless app for tenants - transfers to the web site when renters button pressed. Disappears when started on Android 14 Pixel 8 so have to look for the hidden open window. Settings show text and email notifications - rent bill came and no text or email, did not check spam at Gmail (next month will but it should not be known as sending spam). Changed settings to email only to see, anyway do not like SMS. Also nags to subscribe for reporting the payments, of course for yet another monthlIy fee.

It does everything for you. The only thing I don't like is that the app and logging in through a web browser seem to show different information. other than that, this is an excellent resource for landlords.
