When it comes to selling tickets on first come first served basis, their app and website collapse. Its performance contradicts the whole and only purpose of this app and this is unacceptable. Surely technical team expect a large volume of users logging in at time of sales and with all current cloud solutions I am sure they can prepare for this; however, it seems that they don’t. That’s why it’s one star, unfortunately I can’t give any less than that.

Absolutely useless. Arrived almost an hour before kickoff & along with several others spent ages (about 40-45 mins) and innumerable attempts to log in. Constantly got message about not having internet access, when I did. Switched phone off a couple of times, which was working for others, still no success. Have more tickets so will have to use this useless app again before I can delete it 😭. Thank goodness I only had my ticket on the app & no children's. Whole ticketing process has been awful.

Ridiculously difficult to get logged into this App, at least 10 failed attempts before I accessed my ticket, then it shut itself down just as I was getting to the turnstiles. Only positive was that the gate did at least accept the ticket first time (which wasn't happening for everyone). What's wrong with email/print at home tickets; especially as this method of entry assumes everyone owns a Smart Phone Don't even get me started about the personal data required on App, completely unnecessary 🤦
