The bank is pretty good with high interest rates, only con...and it's the reason for 4 stars, is they don't automatically enroll you in a higher interest rate when it becomes available--you have to contact them for that. The app is functional and not too fancy, they'll show the balances of all linked accounts and a graph which is pretty neat actually!--Don't see other banking apps do that.

This bank is awesome for their high yield savings accounts. They are frustrating for their app interface. It's often very slow to operate, it's got very little flash to it's design (which people might like, but I think it makes it look cheesy). I'll try to check an account and I'll often just be met with a blank screen. It takes forever for linked accounts to talk to each other whether that means seeing account balances, or seeing that you transfered money. Makes it seem kind of amateur.

Best high yield savings interest! App is easy to use but too basic. Had several inop interactions with desktop platform as well as the app in the beginning. Chat via online or text or app is non-existent. Wait time to phone an agent is atrociously long. I wondered if it was a scam in the beginning but now I've done the research and it's a good bank but very clunky interface. With some improvement this could be one of the best banks out there! Super basic app and interface not many features.
