On the Unibuddy app, you can keep track of your conversations and read blogs by student ambassadors. You will also receive handy push notifications when you receive a new message.

Once you have received an invitation to sign up on Unibuddy, you can download, log in and start chatting!

Ratings and reviews

When the app works, it works really well. However, there are points where the app is irreversibly slow. It may take 10-15 services for a word to type. On multiple occasions, it's becomes so slow there app crashes. The only way to rectify this is by restarting but sucks when you've already typed out a detailed response and it doesn't save

You know it's a bad app when after logging in for the first time (second, actually, because the first time it crashed), immediately the home screen says "Sorry, an error". Followed, of course by the next page being a white wall of code that you have refresh the entire app to get rid of. AND the "report a problem" option just takes me to an "advice" website. What do I advise? Getting a better app, buddy.

Logged into the app, only to recieve an error message on the "buddies" page. When moving to the "inbox", a white wall of error code appeared which i couldnt back out of. Instead of allowing me to send details of the errors i had faced on the app, the "report a problem" in settings brought me to the "advice and answers" page. This was unclear navigation and infuriating. In short, the app is unusable.
