About this app

Unifocus’ cloud-based Mobile App allows employees to manage their schedules and gets managers out from behind their desks. It helps employees and managers communicate more effectively and cultivate customer relationships, while still meeting demand. This is a recipe for increased satisfaction and equates to a rise in your bottom line

Employees can review work schedules, swap or drop shifts, view time cards, track hours, and request time off, all in the palm of their hands. With improved communication and the ability to access their information, any time, any where, employees are more productive and satisfied.

Real-time data allows managers to view schedules, call-ins, late staff clock ins/outs, and employees in but not scheduled, any time, any where, all while controlling overtime costs. Customized alerts such as upcoming breaks, approaching overtime, and even late to clock out, allow managers to communicate with employees and make decisions while still tending to guest's needs.

- To successfully login and access Unifocus features, the Mobile App features must be enabled for your property. Please contact your manager to confirm whether this has been done.
- Employee Schedules must be published by your manager before they become visible in the application.

Ratings and reviews

This app needs some serious work.... it constantly crashes and throws errors for no reason whatsoever. Also, it doesn't even open correctly either, and it's absurd to have to fight with an app just to clock in at work. Hopefully, an update will fix it, but it seems like from other reviews, it's probably not going to be. Fix the app PLEASE!

This app has never been great, the "keep me signed in" feature doesn't seem to work well, the update has some nice new features, like being able to see when co-workers are working but I really hate the way the schedule displays now. I know when I'm not working and I really don't need those days popping up on my calendar, I wish I could just see the break down of when I work and how many hours like I use to be able too, instead of needing to scroll through a week's worth of "no shift" to find when I do work. I also really hate that it now opens to the time off request page. I primarily use this to keep track of my shifts not manage time off requests. I also with it exported to my Google calendar. It would also be nice if there was some kind of swap shifts feature that would in the system let managers know then swapping and covering is going on since they don't always put that info in the system and then the person covering can't clock Overall in. Honestly, probably wouldn't have this app if I didn't need it for work. At least it displays my schedule correctly most of the time.

It's slow, just glitchy at times, could use a lot of work, the layout could be hell of a lot better, for some reason keeps all the request offs in the list even after the date of request and doesn't let you delete any of them. The peers schedule is really annoying with how jumpy it is and tabs have random people in wrong places. Seeing as it's the only schedule app I can use I'm stuck with it, it's unfortunate.
