Terribly ssslllooowwww! I've had the lock for over 5 years. All 4, users two with iPhones and two with androids, experience the same slow response in terms of the connection between the lock and their device, and locking or unlocking. The batteries in the lock were changed two weeks ago. All phones and kevo apps are up to date. Either the lock, the app, or both are nearly useless.

No longer works at all after last update. It's very obvious that the last update is the problem considering everyone is having issues after it, but they won't roll it back or fix the issue. It's been over a month. Right now, my lock is a fancy key lock that has pretty blue lights when you touch it. I still have to use my key. UPDATE: Newest app version fixed the problems. Still upset it took several months, but lock works well now. I will be a bit wary of doing future updates.

A Google user
Have yet to unlock my door via touch. The app would unlock the door, but each time it would have to reconnect, taking at least 10 to 15 seconds. Restarted my phone trying to get touch to work, but now the app crashes constantly. Supposedly can authenticate with my wear OS watch, but that's never worked. When I installed the lock, it was setup for a door that swings other way. No mention in manual and Google search results were wrong. Support was quick to answer when called.
