Introducing the MyUnite app, built exclusively for Unite Students customers to make living with us hassle-free.

Simply log into ‘MyUnite’ with your registered email address and password and you’ll be able to do all of the below:



- Access plenty of useful information about your property and city related to your booking with us
- Connect with flat mates in dedicated chat rooms for shared flats
- Log maintenance issues
- Request emergency assistance when locked out of your room or building
- Receive parcel notifications

- Alert us about undue noise in your building

- Easily navigate to our laundry app
- Feedback feature which allows us to pose questions to you about your stay with us



Designed for Android Jellybean (v4.1) and above. MyUnite is not compatible with earlier versions, i.e. Ice Cream Sandwich and below (v4.0)

Ratings and reviews

Very useful and smart features as an app. I am able to connect to my future flatmates and people on my floor and I'm excited to see the added features once I move in. However, the app is very buggy. I do not receive notifications whatsoever for messages and everything is very buggy trying to access things and takes time to open messages. Overall it's a good app that needs its creases out.

Good idea, poor execution. Basic functionality works but apart from that nothing good to say. Have to accept terms and conditions every time I open the app, asks me for permissions again every time I open the app, if you try to toggle on the message notification permission which is the most important one, the app crashes. Messaging barely works, takes about 5 seconds to load into a conversation every time you back out, messages do not pop up you have to refresh the page & load again.

It's a good app in theory. But has alot of problems: I don't get notifications for anything (despite opting in to receive them) unless I open the app and When I try and go to certain pages the app automatically closes. However, it is great for being able to talk to future flatmates and being able to make maintenance requests instead of reporting it to reception
