Signing players in contract year: Players in contract year can now be signed for the following season without a transfer fee. However, this option is not as simple as it sounds because some players have a Right of First Refusal clause and their respective teams can activate it to keep them on board.

Signing U18 players: U18 players no longer have a contract with a salary and clauses and they will stay in their team until reaching senior age. To sign them, you should find out about their averages, progression and interest in signing for your team and persuade them to join you eventually.

United States College League: Compete against some of the +350 Colleges in one of the 32 conferences, improve your reputation by recruiting the best young players and fight for the title during the final phase of the Championship.

I don't get how I'm supposed to succeed. I've built a team with players better then everyone else at my conference, yet I lose two-thirds of my game. I always skip quarters, two spec the grind, yet this seems to be the reason I lose. When I look online, there's only a basic explanation as to what game tactics do, so there's no guide explaining how to succeed, and I'm aggravated.

This game is so simple and fun but I think the only thing I can pick is losing a season with high rated players and training techniques and someone with 95plus in 3 points should be shooting them more then not but theres alot of high rated talent that's not getting successful teams and olando stars won the season 20 plus winstreak not fair conciding boston is 82 with heaps of talent maybe balance and fix is needed for those in the late 80 into high 90s super underrated players

Outstanding. The UI is a little tight, but you are dealing with a ton of information. This is a deep management sim.
