About this app

The TRACcess® eKEY® App turns your smartphone into a secure, non-transferable virtual key. You can open a multitude of sites so that you don’t have to carry a multitude of physical keys. Install the TRACcess eKEY app on your phone to open TRACcess locks or key vaults. Your company’s system administrator grants the permissions to access sites.

TRACcess eKEY software communicates with TRACcess devices via the Bluetooth® signal on your phone. Use your eKEY app to:
- Open a TRACcess lock or key vault
- Enter a job note
- Receive new access permissions
- Read a locking device to view its access history
- Transmit your activity records to the TRACcess Manager system
- Assign a site ID to a TRACcess locking device

The TRACcess eKEY app is intended for use with the Supra® commercial TRACcess system.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. Always loses its update, then says it successfully updated, but actually didn't, red "X" stays and can't open any lock box. Poorly designed, waste of time, and beyond frustrating.

App is not working for me it keep giving me a error code can you please fix this app I can't get into my job without this happen to work I don't reinstall the five times this my six time putting it back on my phone

App trying to update again. Stuck. Update not complete. I restarted phone. Same problem. Had to cancel a job, no site access.
